Due to the prevailing north-easterly trade winds, the Lesser Antilles can be further divided into the Windward Islands and the Leeward Islands. In English, the Windward Islands are subdivided once more, into the Leeward Islands and the Windward Islands. So one can quite expertly speak of the Leeward Islands as part of the Windward Islands and still not be wrong.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"attachment_24080\" style=\"width: 1303px\"
