Aegean 600 Race 2026
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Aegean Sea, the Aegean 600 Race is a world-class offshore sailing event that returns in 2025 with its signature mix of challenge and beauty. This demanding 600-nautical-mile race winds through some of the most iconic islands of the Aegean — including Mykonos, Santorini, and Rhodes — offering sailors a dynamic course filled with shifting winds, strong currents, and stunning views.
First held in 2021, the Aegean 600 has quickly earned global recognition for its exceptional organization and scenic yet competitive route. The race is hosted and organized by the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC), in collaboration with the Region of Attica, and is held under the auspices of World Sailing and the Hellenic Sailing Federation.
Starting and ending at Cape Sounion, near the ancient Temple of Poseidon, the Aegean 600 is more than just a race — it’s an odyssey through history, nature, and the spirit of competitive sailing.
