LEADERSHIP SA!LING – COMPACT SEMINAR

7 days. Just 4 leaders. The sea as a mirror.
Croatia, Kvarner Gulf. One week under sail – and you'll step ashore a different person from the one who came aboard. Not because you've heard theory, but because a yacht gives unvarnished feedback. Every decision, every manoeuvre, every silence at anchor – the boat shows you how you really lead.

This isn't a holiday with a seminar tacked on. It's seven days of intense experience in close quarters, without distraction, without your familiar everyday role. You'll discover yourself anew.

Maximum four people on board, guaranteed single cabin. This small crew is not a limitation, it is the method. What hides behind meetings in the office becomes visible at sea: communication under pressure, decision-making quality, trust. Daily tasks are successfully solved as a team, and the topics arising from the tasks and situations are discussed together or, if necessary, in one-to-one settings. Systemic competence is developed.

Two questions almost always come up at this point.

The first: can I be away for a whole week?
There's Wi-Fi aboard – you decide how reachable you remain; the seminar doesn't demand a complete digital detox.
The second: do I need to know how to sail?
No – most people aboard have never sailed before; that's precisely what makes the crew grow.

Many book this week through their professional development or coaching budget – ask your company whether that's possible for you.

Your investment includes yacht charter, SK!PA and trainer Frank Waltritsch, an online preliminary meeting for introduction, your guaranteed single cabin, insurance, permit and final cleaning. Included at no extra charge: early check-in at 13:00, all harbour and mooring fees, diesel consumption, dinghy, Wi-Fi, bed linen, professional buoyancy aid and lifebelt, as well as SK!PA's galley essentials, saving you shopping time and crew kitty.
Only travel to and from, plus food and drink, are additional.

"I've earned this week. And these principles apply in every system – private life too." "Ready about! Sustainably inspired – Frank conveys calm and confidence." (from the reviews)

Only two single cabins remain for the 19–25 September 2026 date. If you feel this week is yours: drop me a brief message via the contact form here on the page – no sales pitch, just a brief, no-obligation chat to see if it's a fit. I look forward to our time together – wind, waves and Croatia.

The exact programme and schedule depend on wind and weather conditions, and include systemic leadership skills that are reflected upon and learned afresh in concrete situations.
It's about your self-leadership skills, and how you can redesign them in your everyday life.

You'll learn to sail too – exactly as much as you like.
