First time on a sailing boat and completely analogue at that. And what can I say? It was probably the best possible situation to get to know sailing so pure with such a competent and calm skipper. On the one hand, Frank explained the technical topics in an incredibly accessible way and with extraordinary calmness; on the other hand, the analogue experience with the systemic impulses broadened my perspectives and much of it still resonates. And both possible because from the very beginning there was a feeling of trust and safety. Many thanks, Frank, for a trip that touched both heart and mind!
It was my first time on a sailing boat, and then straightaway safe, analogue, offline and systemic! Frank does an incredible job! You can feel his passion for sailing every second on board, combined with the highest level of professionalism. For me that meant safety from the very first step aboard. Being analogue and truly offline brought me lovely memories from days gone by and time for myself, to work through things, to see them afresh or simply to let them emerge. The whole thing in a form I hadn't known until then. Not least, the linking of systemic approaches with a sailing boat, its crew and its skipper makes this sailing trip a unique experience for me. Thank you SKiPA and fair winds and a hand's breadth of water under the keel always!
Frank is a level-headed, relaxed and passionate sailor. No stress, not a harsh word, everything with feeling and calm. Exactly as you want it.
The digital detox format made everything more intense, but also more genuine. No disturbances, no distractions, just the boat, the sea, the wind and sailing.
This will not have been my last time with Frank.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia, with Frank as skipper.
He organised everything perfectly in advance, suggested the ideal boat for us and prepared everything superbly, and then gave us sailing novices an excellent introduction to the subject.
We were travelling as a family, which requires appropriate sensitivity so that everyone settles in well and feels comfortable, and that worked really well.
In addition, he imparted sailing knowledge to us in an outstanding way, namely in such a way that you really understand it and can apply it practically.
We felt in the best of hands!
Through his extensive systemic coaching knowledge, we not only gained good sailing insights but also developed personally in the process.

I was able to take part from 06.09.25 to 12.09.25 and am thoroughly delighted. With skipper Frank and a small crew, we spent an intensive, exciting and at the same time instructive week in Croatia.
We headed for several beautiful islands, slept at anchor and experienced an unforgettable night navigation that impressively demonstrated Frank's experience and composure. Even under challenging conditions – 30 knots of wind and rain – safety and good teamwork were evident at all times.
Particularly valuable for me was the clear focus on communication: commands and information had to be transmitted clearly, concisely and comprehensibly. I internalised this principle so well that I unconsciously applied it the very next day at home – even when buying bread rolls at the bakery.
I was able not only to expand my sailing experience but also to gain new impulses for communication and cooperation that extend far beyond sailing.
We had a mega cool week. Sailing in winds up to 40+ knots with a relaxed crew. That's down to Frank as an experienced skipper and coach. We grew even closer as a team and learnt a great deal that can be directly applied to everyday leadership. The result is far greater than the sum of its parts!
We had a very instructive and rewarding sailing week in Croatia. Frank is an experienced skipper who can explain the necessary theory and manoeuvres to a beginner like me in a very competent and structured way, and who also gives you the chance to try things yourself straight away!
This is where you learn to sail! Frank is an excellent teacher and coach, helping you to practise and perfect all manoeuvres and sail settings at your own pace. Enjoying the Kvarner Gulf doesn't take a back seat either.
Sailing with Frank is learning under sail with plenty of humour and expertise.
Handbreit water under the keel: his sailor's DNA creates the best atmosphere and safety for the crew. We had winds of up to 40 knots and always felt in good hands. Excellent sailing and instructional skills, wonderful bays, anchorages and plenty of humour make for so much sailing fun that going ashore at the end of the trip is only made easier by the prospect of the next experience under sail.
Frank is a skipper I can recommend for any group.
Even as an experienced sailor, the trip was an absolute highlight. The combination of leadership training and sailing makes all the difference! Top class. I'd do it again any time.

Our Excellence sailing trip was growth for me with wind and waves: mastering boat handling, respectful communication on an equal footing and a confident routine on the water. I felt understood as a person in the mixed crew in a respectful environment.
There was also room on our voyage for creativity, curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, which turned our time together on board into an ideas workshop and team-building experience.

The programme and focus were adapted to our needs.
Having the foresight, accurate planning (wind, weather, local situation) including Plan B, and getting to know one's personal limits regarding sailing skills – all of this was a mega experience – hard work pays off!!

Alongside the fantastic sailing trips (night sailing included) and the accompanying sailing theory, there was still plenty of space to process what we'd learnt and to let our souls unwind!
Whenever suitable situations arose, the day's experiences were linked with systemic thinking and action. Positive thinking comes first, even when something goes wrong.
Absolute recommendation – even for sailing beginners!
Frank Waltritsch succeeds, as skipper, coach, sparring partner and as a personality, in making a first-class experience out of the trip. Whether with or without sailing experience, the days on the very comfortable sailing yacht become a top mix of trying things out, leadership settings and enjoyment!
The environment encourages getting into action, which is of crucial importance for thinking and for the world of tomorrow. Both in a business context and generally – always reflected through the systemic lens!
Trip rich in experience! Whether chart reading, route planning, evaluating weather conditions, it was perfectly planned, organised and explained! You can tell that Frank has a great deal of experience in this field and surely has quite a few nautical miles under his belt already! Since during this period the Adriatic shows its tricky side weather-wise, it depends on every man on board how the teamwork functions, and Frank demonstrated this seamanship and created a perfectly coordinated team! Time management & team building & communication are the magic words of a good trip! Thanks for what we learnt and always a hand's breadth of water under the keel! W.L.

An eventful and memorable week in Kvarner Bay lies behind me/us.
This wealth of experience – I've truly earned this week!
This week, I've really got something to talk about, and I can take so much away from it and put it into practice at home! What's really striking is that these principles apply in every system, they're universally applicable – in private life too. Real added value.
450 miles full of experiences in the comfort zone, and in our panic zones!
There were a few challenges, and the odd hard nut to crack. Sailing is so varied, and can bring so much joy, especially when you can also laugh at yourself.
... with mooring at the buoy or at the quay wall.
I'm curious, because it's got dark. We check the first bearings and turn our theoretical knowledge into practical competence. A specific sound emerges – namely the sound of 'the penny dropping' (SK!PA humour)! The sound occurs quite frequently, and we have another laugh. What rubbish you can talk when the day is long, and what you can take with a sense of humour....
My boss said I'd done really good work over the past year and deserved something special: "But boss, I've never been on a sailing boat before...!" To arguments like seasickness, lack of expertise and completely uncharted territory, there were only better counter-arguments: "Well, B, you're always saying yourself that you're curious, that you like challenges, and that you need to reflect on your own self-efficacy."
