My name is Klaus Wollenweber, I'm in my mid-60s and have been passionately at home on the water for around 40 years. After many years as a skipper in cabin charter for renowned providers, I set up independently in 2010 with my own sailing yacht Nimba. Since then I've been sailing with guests in the most beautiful areas of the Mediterranean. What matters most to me is that on board there's space for calm, genuine sailing and a personal atmosphere – far from the rush and mass tourism.
The yacht NIMBA
The Nimba, a Gib'Sea 51 (15.50 m length, 4.90 m beam), offers generous comfort. Equipped with five cabins – each with its own bathroom and WC – we deliberately limit the boat to a maximum of 6 guests (in exceptional cases 7).
Maximum 3 guest cabins: Each berth offers privacy and its own bathroom.
No berths in the saloon: The living area always remains free as a cosy meeting point for all.
Separate skipper cabin: My berth is separate in the forepeak.
This guarantees plenty of personal space, comfort and a relaxed atmosphere on board.
2026 Trip Planning
Delivery voyage: From Barcelona via the Balearic Islands to Sardinia.
From 05 September 2026: Weekly trips through the La Maddalena Archipelago and to Corsica.
Departure & Destination: Olbia (Sardinia) each time.
