Crew Resource Management (CRM) trip! Attention doctors – CME points!

Our Crew Resource Management (CRM) training in the picturesque Adriatic. Our CRM training is based on a proven team concept, originally developed for aviation and medical emergencies to ensure effective collaboration and clear communication in critical situations. On board, we combine practical manoeuvre training with acute medical care and first aid, as well as demanding sailing manoeuvres under stress. CRM is indispensable for high-responsibility teams – whether in the operating theatre, the emergency department of a hospital or at sea during a man-overboard manoeuvre.

We teach the 'anatomy and physiology' of a team and deepen knowledge through practical CRM and human factors exercises. These training sessions have a direct impact on treatment outcomes, patient safety and the success of leaders in all team-oriented professional fields. We show how teams function effectively and train targeted techniques that sustainably improve collaboration, quality of results and safety.

Costs
The price includes yacht charter, insurance, skipper and trainer!
Kitty: final cleaning, diesel, mooring fees if applicable, food, drink (approx. 150 - 250 per person)

Trip info
Depending on the weather, we sail from Punat into the island world of Cres, Rab, Mali Lošinj and Ilovik! Over the course of four days we anchor in secluded bays and visit lively holiday resorts such as Lošinj and/or the town of Rab! You'll cover around 80–120 nautical miles!

Previous experience:

The trip is suitable for experienced sailors as well as beginners and nautical novices alike. It meets the requirements of certified aviation CRM training for medical professionals and medical laypersons.
