Experience an unforgettable sailing week at the end of the season in one of Northern Europe's most beautiful sailing areas: from Travemünde, this trip takes us to the Danish South Sea Islands – a labyrinth of islands, sheltered waters and idyllic harbours. Aboard a seaworthy expedition yacht, we combine relaxed sailing with high comfort – even in Nordic weather.
After departing Travemünde we set course northwards. In no time we immerse ourselves in the tranquil island world around Lolland, Falster and Funen. Here short legs, varied navigation and numerous opportunities for stops in charming Danish harbours or idyllic anchorages await us.
The Danish South Sea Islands are known for their sheltered waters, moderate distances and the particular serenity of sailing. Perfect for getting actively involved in sailing whilst enjoying the scenery. Small villages with colourful houses, wide beaches and a relaxed atmosphere define the character.
On board our expedition yacht you're not only travelling safely but also comfortably: a warm water heating system ensures pleasant temperatures below deck even on cooler days – ideal for a trip in the shoulder season.
You are part of the crew and actively get involved – with sailing, navigation, mooring or anchor manoeuvres. At the same time there's plenty of time to enjoy the Danish way of life, stroll through small harbour villages or simply savour the peace and quiet on board.
At the end of the week we return to Travemünde – with many impressions, new sailing experience and a good dose of Nordic serenity in our luggage.
