3 crew spots: One week in the Caribbean on a catamaran – Martinique ↔ St. Lucia, 4–11
Hi everyone!
We're a group of five Berlin-based friends, three women and two men aged 29–35, looking for three easygoing crew members to join our Caribbean trip from 4 to 11 December 2026.
The route: We start and finish in Le Marin, Martinique, sail down to St. Lucia and back again. We'll plan the exact stops together beforehand – expect a nice mix of nights at anchor in quiet bays, a few marina evenings, shore trips and little adventures on the water.
About us:
We're an international crew based in Berlin, with roots in South America, Ireland and Germany. On board we speak English, German and a little Spanish. I'm the skipper and have been sailing for 10 years. Part of the crew has been sailing with me for over 5 years in changing line-ups, so new faces are very welcome, wherever you're from.
What we're like:
🌴 Relaxed: We want to enjoy the Caribbean, not rush through it.
💨 Up for a sporty sail when the wind is right, and just as happy with a lazy swim day at anchor.
🍽️ Good food: Sometimes we cook together on board, sometimes we go out to eat.
🍹 Parties in moderation: We like a good evening now and then, always with respect for nature and each other.
Who we're looking for:
Open, uncomplicated people who are up for a week together on board and happy to lend a hand as part of the crew. Sailing experience is a plus but not a must, good vibes matter most.
Key facts:
• Boat: Lagoon 46 catamaran (charter)
• Dates: 4 – 11 December 2026
• Start/finish: Le Marin, Martinique
• Spots available: 3
• Cost contribution: €900 per person, includes: charter share, boat insurance
• Everyone arranges their own travel to Martinique
• Valid passport required (we'll clear customs in St. Lucia)
Sound like you? Send us a few lines about yourself and your sailing background – before confirming, we'd love to do a quick video call to get to know each other.
Looking forward to hearing from you! 🌊
