"Embarkation" takes place on Thursday, 6 May 2027 at 12.00 noon at the berth in Hamburg; that is, you come aboard.

The "Artemis" casts off and sails down the Elbe towards the North Sea. Around 14.30–15.00 the ship will take its place in formation with the other vessels on the Elbe.

Something unique here is a ship greeting facility at the so-called Willkomm Höft, which we pass. For every ship passing the Lower Elbe, its national anthem is played and the flag of the respective country is hoisted; a captain who has made this his passion tells interesting background stories about the ship over loudspeakers.
