I was out on the Baltic Sea with Micha last weekend. Originally we had planned to take part in the Sandeman Cup, but due to the weather situation (force 6 wind and waves from ahead) we didn't sail from Rostock to Nystedt, but instead sailed beam-on to wind and waves to Boltenhagen.
Thanks to his conscientiousness, professionalism and calm manner, all crew members on board felt comfortable and safe even in somewhat rougher weather conditions.
