Our wish is to share this enthusiasm with you, to conquer this world – unfamiliar to many people – together with you and to work out the fundamentals of this wonderful sport with you. That's what our skippers are committed to.
One of our highlights is of course our professional sailing and skipper training, in which you can acquire all the knowledge needed to pass the sailing licences SBF-See (with ICC), SBF-Binnen (with ICC), SKS (with ICC), VDS-Segelschein-Yacht and the Bodenseeschifferpatent A and D in three individual weeks (two weeks of practical skipper training at sea and one week of skipper seminar).
We also offer you a professional seminar on theory for obtaining the Hochseeschein under Swiss law.
We also offer our harbour manoeuvres and skipper training as well as practical rescue manoeuvres.
To give each crew member as much time as possible for their own experience and learning, we provide practical training with a maximum of 4 participants on board.
Our sailing yachts, the "Maria José M.R." and the "K Kompromiss", are equipped with all necessary facilities including radar.

My SKS training with Mario on the K-Kompromiss was simply brilliant – a week I shall remember with pleasure for a long time to come.
Mario is not only an incredibly experienced skipper, but above all a person you very rarely meet. From the very first moment I felt at ease on board. With his calm, patient and humorous manner he creates an atmosphere in which you can learn without pressure and have the confidence to really try things out for yourself.
I was particularly impressed by how much trust Mario placed in us. We were allowed to practise all manoeuvres independently and gain real experience in the process. Even when a small scratch might theoretically have occurred, he remained completely relaxed. The fact that he even makes his own boat available for this shows how much he cares about providing good, practical training.
The K-Kompromiss is a wonderful and superbly equipped boat that lacks nothing. You can immediately tell how much experience and passion Mario puts into his boat and into the training.
Professionally, Mario is absolutely impressive. He not only teaches everything you need to know for the SKS examination, but also shares countless valuable tips and experiences from many years on the water. Even more importantly, what he explains really sinks in and stays with you.
Alongside all the professionalism, the fun never fell short either. Mario is witty, down-to-earth and pleasantly straightforward. The time on board was not only instructive but also something very special on a human level.
The fact that the training was of an exceptionally high standard was even confirmed by the examiner, who was expressly delighted with the quality of the preparation.
I can recommend Mario and his training with complete conviction and without any reservation. Anyone who wants not only to pass the SKS but also really learn to sail and have a wonderful week is in exactly the right place with Mario.
