Having recently introduced the most popular international sailing vlogs in our blog post, today we turn to German-language YouTube channels. There has been a lot of activity in this area recently. Alongside well-known names such as Blue Horizon, the Bootsprofis, the Segeljungs and M Jambo, various smaller channels have become established, just waiting to be discovered by you. The ranking is based as before on the subscriber numbers of the respective channels (as of 1 February 2022) and is limited to the top 30. If we have overlooked any channels, please feel free to let us know via the comments function.

Hi Marcel,
great overview, thanks for that. Unfortunately quite a few of these channels aren't particularly active any more. I enjoyed watching 'Silsand', for example, but nothing's happened there for several years. Goals and interests and even affinity for YT change… I myself also have a small channel (~1,300 subscribers) with a few videos that might be of interest:
„Sailing Bidevind“

Great idea and well done! Then we'll have to see that we get another 200 subscribers so SHE SAN Sailing can make the list too 😉 Because of Covid we were a bit slowed down for the last 1.5 years and at the moment too busy sailing to find time for editing 😉
Warm regards from underway

Hi Marcel,
many thanks for your efforts. Beautifully designed.
I'd be delighted if you could add my channel 'OS-Sailing' (3,790 subscribers). Thanks for that too.
Best wishes from Bremen and hand's breadth …,
Roland
Hello Roland,
many thanks for your feedback and tip. We've added your channel.
many thanks for your feedback. The article was about working out similarities and differences in the two training systems.
