Practical catamaran training

Week-long practical training on a catamaran in Southern Dalmatia.

This training in groups of no more than 6 participants is equally suitable as skipper or crew training and serves as perfect preparation for your next charter trip.

We train the complete handling of a catamaran — under power and sail. This includes harbour and anchoring manoeuvres as well as navigation, route planning and possibly a few hours of night sailing. The sailing area around Dubrovnik offers us excellent practice opportunities for this, particularly in the off-season.

Our experienced instructors will train the following with you:
- Manoeuvring under power
- Berthing and departing under various conditions
- Mooring alongside and "Mediterranean style"
- Handling lines and warps
- Anchoring with stern line
- Sail manoeuvres, reefing, heaving to
- Introduction to all onboard systems
- Night sailing
- Navigation
