We sail with a maximum of 6 guests. Each of the 4 cabins has its own bathroom.

We sail from Ibiza to Andalusia, and for departure from Almerimar we recommend a flight from either Almeria or Malaga. Both cities are easily reached by air; we can arrange private transfers to the airport.

Start of trip
We sail from Ibiza to Andalusia. Saturday is arrival day. We start either in Marina Santa Eulalia or alternatively in Sant Antoni de Portmany on Ibiza. Once everyone has settled into their cabins, we stock up for the trip at the nearest supermarket. Afterwards we treat ourselves to Spanish specialities at a lovely restaurant.

Cast off
After a leisurely Sunday breakfast and the ship and safety briefing, we cast off. Once the harbour entrance lies astern, we set sail and everyone can get to know the boat. In the evening the anchor drops in one of the many bays. While part of the crew enjoy a swim, the others are already thinking about what delicious meal to prepare in the galley later!

Ibiza and Formentera
Days follow in beautiful bays between Ibiza and Formentera, also called "the Caribbean of the Mediterranean". Bright beaches with turquoise-blue water invite swimming and snorkelling. In short passages we explore both neighbouring islands and find sheltered bays in the evening. For shore excursions we launch the dinghy. Formentera can also be explored wonderfully by bicycle, which are available to hire everywhere.

Spanish mainland — Cartagena to Almerimar
As soon as the wind forecast looks right, we set sail for our long passage towards the Spanish mainland. 140 nautical miles to Cartagena, for which we plan a night sail. The starry sky above us and the rush of the bow wave make our night watches an unforgettable experience. After thoroughly enjoying this pretty town with its lovely old quarter, we follow the Costa de Almeria via Garrucha to Almerimar. Here we let this exciting and varied sailing trip come to an atmospheric close over a few delicious tapas and good wine.
