From Alimos Marina in Athens we set off on a cabin charter in the heart of the Saronic Gulf – one of Greece's safest and most enjoyable sailing areas. The region delights with short distances, sheltered waters and a variety of possible destinations.

Depending on wind and the mood of the day, we can head for places such as Aegina, Poros, elegant Hydra, stylish Spetses or historic Epidaurus. Each of these islands has its very own character – and we choose the route to suit the weather, crew and feeling of the day.

I have been at home in this sailing area for many years, know the little harbours, the safe bays, the hidden anchorages and the best tavernas for a perfect evening ashore.
You sail along in a relaxed atmosphere and are always invited (if you wish) to actively lend a hand.

Cabin charter means: you come aboard, feel comfortable, enjoy the sailing and the sea, whilst I take care of navigation, safety and organisation.

*Morning briefings – starting the day together*
We discuss weather, possible destinations for the day and what the crew would like.
Everyone can contribute ideas.

*During the day – sailing, swimming, enjoying*
We set sails together, head for bays, swim in the clear water or soak up the sun on deck.
Anyone who wishes may helm, handle lines or set sails.

*Help & instruction – as much as you want*
I'm happy to show you manoeuvres, navigation or harbour procedures – or you simply sit back and let yourself be sailed.

*Evenings – in a bay or in harbour*
Sometimes we anchor in stunning bays, sometimes we call at lively little harbours.
Taverna evenings together often arise quite naturally – and anyone who wishes to go their own way for a while has the freedom to do so at any time.
