Our voyage takes us from the Norwegian city of Ålesund, a picturesque coastal town known for its Art Nouveau architecture, along the west coast of Norway to Bergen. Depending on wind and weather, you will experience long passages on the open sea, but also scenically rewarding stages through the fabulous nature of Norway. With the crossing of the North Sea, a further adventure then awaits for your personal logbook, before we reach Bremerhaven. Expected trip itinerary:

We sail with POLARIS from beautiful Ålesund along the west Norwegian coast heading south. On passages both long and shorter along the fascinating coastal landscape, you will experience Norwegian nature and way of life at close hand. With Bergen we reach an important intermediate destination on our long voyage. From here we then begin the crossing of the North Sea. Our journey will end in Bremerhaven, where our POLARIS then goes into well-deserved hibernation. Depending on weather and schedule, it may be necessary to cover longer sections of the voyage under engine. Total distance: approx. 650 nautical miles.
