Sailing Week Baltic Sea aboard the classic sailing yacht Quadra

Discover the "pearls of the Baltic Sea" – the Danish islands – during this sailing voyage. Although they are a popular travel destination, you will find peace here and can fully enjoy the vastness and nature. Atmospheric harbours and lively little towns with colourful houses offer a welcome change. As well as sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and sheltered bays where we can anchor.

You board in the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe on the Kiel Fjord. The ship is moored just a few minutes' walk from the beach, near several terraces and small shops. After
dinner you can go for a walk or make yourself comfortable on board and get to know your fellow travellers.

Whichever way the wind blows, we'll plan a great route. Every sailing trip is unique, with ever-new surprises and discoveries. There's something for everyone: nature, culture or relaxation.

For example, we visit various Danish harbours such as Bagenkop, Marstal, Faaborg or Sønderborg. The old fishing village of Bagenkop on Langeland is the perfect place for walks through nature. Marstal, the largest town on the island of Ærø, with its extensive maritime museum, is also always worth a visit. On the island of Funen lies Faaborg, one of the oldest and most beautiful harbour towns in Denmark, which buzzes with life in summer. Sønderborg on Als also has much to offer: a centuries-old castle, small shops and
a bathing beach nearby. In addition, Kappeln, a German town with maritime flair on the Schlei, could be on our route.

During our trips, alongside the sailing activities, there is plenty of time for relaxing, reading, swimming, chatting and exploring ashore.
Being out in the fresh air all day invariably creates a healthy appetite. That's why our ship's cook spoils us daily with a hearty breakfast as well as a balanced lunch and delicious dinner.
You will be accommodated in a 2-berth cabin. Bed linen and towels are provided.
